CIBT Continues Expansion by Acquiring Majority Interest of another Business School in China
Capital Alliance Group Inc. (TSX.V: CPT) reports that its subsidiary, CIBT School of Business and Technology Corp has entered into a formal agreement to acquire 55% control of Zhengzhou International Business School (“ZIBS”) with an option to purchase an additional 10% within three years from the closing date. ZIBS is jointly owned by Henan Province Weixin Management Consulting Corporation and Zhengzhou Dayu Real Estate Corporation. The closing date of this transaction is subject to receiving Henan provincial government approval.
