WyoTech Auto School Opens

CIBT School of Business & Technology Corp. (“CIBT”) a leading business, technology and technical trade school in China is pleased to announce the opening of CIBT WyoTech Institute in Weifang City, China.

Working in conjunction with WyoTech of Santa Ana, California, CIBT-WyoTech is an advanced automotive, diesel and aviation maintenance school which aims to fulfill China’s enormous demand on qualified service and maintenance technicians.

The automotive, aviation and diesel industries continue to be one of the fastest growing sectors of the Chinese economy. According to a report made by the China Automotive Industry Association (CAIA), China’s automotive industry is growing at neck breaking speeds of 13% per year. In early 2006, China’s automotive sector surpassed Japan as the second largest automotive market in the world trailing only the United States and producing 5.92 million cars per year.

CIBT WyoTech Institute officially opened its doors and began enrollment on September 1, 2006 in its newly built facility located in Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. The new campus encompasses more than 150,000 square feet of facilities including classrooms, lecture halls and workshops fitted with advanced diagnostic equipment and teaching aids. The programs will be taught in Chinese and complemented by English as a secondary business language. CIBT-WyoTech is located adjacent to an existing subsidiary of CIBT, the CIBT Beihai International Management School at Weifang University, Weifang City.
